Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Calendar Vision and related services provided by Rowhome Labs, LLC ("Rowhome Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Calendar Vision, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Calendar Vision helps users extract calendar events from images, forwarded emails, connected Gmail inboxes, and web pages. The service is offered through our website, mobile applications, APIs, and related tools.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity through connected services.
  • You may use Calendar Vision through a registered account, a guest account, or supported third-party sign-in methods such as Google or Apple.
  • You must be a human and may not create accounts through unauthorized automated methods.

Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the images, emails, web page submissions, event data, and other content you submit to Calendar Vision ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content to Calendar Vision and to authorize us to process it on your behalf.

AI and Extraction Features

  • Calendar Vision uses automated systems and AI providers to extract event information from submitted content.
  • These outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing extracted events before relying on them or sharing them.
  • You may not use Calendar Vision for high-stakes decisions where extraction errors could reasonably cause harm unless you independently verify the results.

Connected Accounts and Public Sharing

  • If you connect Gmail inbox sync, you authorize us to access the Gmail data covered by the permissions you grant.
  • If you create or use a public event or public calendar link, including a public ICS subscription link, anyone with that link may be able to access the shared information.
  • You are responsible for deciding what content you make public and for revoking or rotating public links when needed.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Calendar Vision to:

  • Violate any law or another person's rights.
  • Upload, submit, or process content you do not have permission to use.
  • Interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape the service, or probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Abuse the APIs or extraction features through excessive, fraudulent, or automated requests.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as explicitly allowed by us.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or abusive content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription access, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be managed through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider depending on how you subscribed.

If your subscription is billed through Apple or Google, your billing relationship is also governed by that platform's terms and policies. We do not control those platform rules.

If your subscription ends or is canceled, paid features may stop at the end of the applicable billing period or as otherwise determined by the relevant platform or payment provider.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using Calendar Vision at any time. You may also submit an account deletion request through the service. At this time, deletion requests are processed by our team and may not happen instantly.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay required fees, or use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Calendar Vision at any time. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Calendar Vision. By using the service, you acknowledge that we may process data as described there.

Intellectual Property

Calendar Vision, including our software, branding, and design, is owned by Rowhome Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service under these Terms, we reserve all rights.

Disclaimers

Calendar Vision is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that extracted event data will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowhome Labs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Calendar Vision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Calendar Vision in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

General

  • These Terms are governed by applicable law in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page.
